Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one email box account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply choose the email mailbox you want to forward e-mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest.
